Pratt Business Group Ltd. was founded in 2004 with the express purpose of helping business buyers and business sellers.  Principal, Gregory K. Pratt, Principal, Gregory K. Pratt, received a B.A. in Economics in 1974 from Ohio Northern University and a J.D. in 1977 from the Ohio State University College of Law.

The Pratt Business Group was created specifically to assist clients and other referrals in completing the sale or purchase of a business.  Pratt believes “done well, a business transaction is one which everyone leaves satisfied and happy with the result.”

Pratt Business Group is a member of BBN an international network of business brokers headquartered in Dallas, Texas.  Pratt Business Group is also a member of the National Equipment and Business Brokers (NEBB), a national network of businesses and equipment brokers and of OBBA, the Ohio Business Brokers Association.  Gregory K. Pratt is a CMEA, Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser.
